*Delivery is a next day courier service, this doesn't mean you'll get your mug next day though, as we need time to produce it. Usually our turnaround time is 24 hours, mush faster than many photo mug retailers. We do state that it can take up to 7 days at busy periods however, so if you're in a real rush to get your mug, give us a call on 01625 876618 and let us know.
*The photo mugs we create, are made using a very high quality printing process called dye sublimation, which provides stunning vivid prints and which means that there is a very durable dishwasher safe coating on the mug, and the photo is printed digitally and then transferred into this coating at high temperature. The coating is a polymer, and the dye particles in the print become one with this polymer, which means that the only way to degrade the image is to degrade the coating. As the mugs we use are manufactured with a very high quality durable and dish washer safe coating, it means that your treasured image will not simply peel off, or crack, or fade quickly.
Over many months / years, with repeated dishwasher cycles, it is realistic to expect the photo image to fade - all depending on the intensity of the dishwasher cycles, and the heat & detergents used. We have many repeat customers, and we have never had a single comment about a mug image fading or deteriorating. If you are buying on price, please make sure you are comparing like for like, our prices are extremely competitive for this quality of mug and this high quality printing process - there are cheaper print processes, and cheaper blank mugs which make for cheaper pricing, but cheaper often does mean cheaper, not just less expensive.
